It was pretty tough,” LaCoste said of his offensive load. “But I knew I had Matt in front of me, my big linemen, I knew I could be running behind them all night and be fine.”
“After we got our heads knocked a little bit (at halftime), we figured out what we needed to do,” said McHenry, who made the move from defensive lineman to linebacker this fall.
“He’s just a fantastic competitor ... and he’s a winner,” Nyquist said of McHenry. “When he’s on your side, you’ve got a pretty good chance to win.”
